Website enquiries
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email, optional phone number, office preference and a short description of your matter. Quote enquiries may include purchase and bond amounts; progress enquiries use a file reference. Appointment requests also include your preferred date, time window and optional director preference. Your consent is requested so WDS can respond.
When you submit an enquiry successfully, these details are sent to the WDS enquiry inbox. If delivery is unavailable, the website tells you and offers an email draft. Opening a draft does not send it; your email app sends it only when you choose to do so.
Information to avoid in the forms
Please do not enter identity numbers, passwords, bank account details or upload confidential documents through these enquiry forms. Your conveyancing secretary will confirm the appropriate channel for client documents.
Technical information
The server uses a short-lived request counter to limit repeated submissions and can record ordinary access/error logs. The forms do not create a public client account or publish your enquiry. Website enquiry content is not stored in a public website folder.
Email and retention
Enquiries that reach WDS are handled through its email service. Ask WDS about access, correction, deletion and the retention rules applicable to your enquiry or client matter. This website notice does not replace the practice’s policies for legal files and statutory records.
External services
Email, phone, WhatsApp, map and external-source links open the chosen service. Those providers handle information under their own terms. No maps, social widgets or analytics trackers are embedded in these pages.
Cookies and browser storage
These pages do not set tracking cookies or use analytics. Calculator amounts can be included in the page URL when you share an estimate; avoid sharing links containing information you wish to keep private. Read the cookie information page for details.
