Calculator estimates
The fee calculators use the supplied WDS schedule effective 1 July 2026. Fees include the components shown in the breakdown. Between listed values, professional and Deeds Office fees use the next higher schedule amount; transfer duty is calculated on the entered amount.
Amounts outside the supplied fee range require a quote. Additional costs can apply. VAT treatment must be confirmed for the transaction. An estimate is not a formal fee agreement or confirmation that WDS has accepted an instruction.
A comparison uses the separate purchase price, registered bond and actual loan amount entered for each plan. The upfront fee subtotal combines the available transfer and bond registration estimates. It excludes the deposit and other transaction expenses; monthly repayments are shown separately.
Loan repayments
Repayment illustrations assume the entered annual rate stays constant and payments are monthly throughout the term. They exclude lender fees, insurance and other costs. Confirm the loan terms with the lender.
Appointments and enquiries
Sending an enquiry requests a response. It does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship or confirm an appointment. Contact WDS directly if your matter has an urgent deadline.

External documents and older certificates may have their own issue and validity dates. Ask WDS for current documents and status before relying on an archived record.
