Founded in Pretoria in 1988, WDS Attorneys has grown from one determined conveyancer into one of the country's most trusted property-law practices.
From the day the doors opened, founder Willie Saayman set out to do a single thing exceptionally well: build a property-law firm around a highly skilled corps of conveyancers and the support staff to match. That vision has not moved an inch — the firm around it simply grew.
Today the practice numbers more than thirty people — attorneys, conveyancers, a notary, candidate attorneys, paralegals and a specialist administrative team — with a dedicated litigation department covering all the major fields of law.
Through correspondent attorneys in every jurisdiction, the firm acts for clients across the whole of South Africa — reviewing offers, drafting contracts and registering transfers wherever the property stands.
Behind every registration stands a secretarial and support team that most firms can only envy — many of them with decades on the job.
